Who We Are

Pastors Brian and Jillian Gallardo

Brian and Jillian Gallardo are the founding pastors of Lifegate Church in Independence, MO, and oversee the Lifegate Ministerial Network of ministries and leaders.

They married in Chicago in 2003 and have served together in full-time ministry since. They were sent to the Kansas City area in 2008 and pioneered a church with no one from nothing. Today, their reach has made an impact around the world.

Bishop Gallardo desires to empower, equip, train, and lead through the apostolic mantle that rests upon his life. From church government to establishing, planting, and sending out leaders, Bishop Gallardo has a deep desire to raise up a breed of leaders who will change the world for Jesus.

The Lifegate Ministerial Network was created for church leaders in need of spiritual oversight. 1 Corinthians 4:15 says For though you might have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet you do not have many fathers. Bishop is passionate about helping men and women of God like you and empowering them along their journey. Here you will find the blessings of oversight, care, nurture, and love.

The Lifegate Ministerial Network is a diverse group of men and women from every background and aspect of life. Our vision is lifting up the name of Jesus, establishing the Kingdom, and strengthening the church.

We need each other and no one is meant to walk alone. Ministry is difficult and the pressure is great. The pain, loneliness, confusion, and mental war can only be understood by those who are in the trenches. This is where the mantle that’s on Bishop Gallardo’s life can help strengthen you.

What We Do

Through mentoring, weekly dialogue, exclusive access to training, meetings, and special events, you will gain the tools you need to help you grow and excel.

  1. Planting other Lifegate Church campuses is part of our global movement yet not central to our movement.
  2. Ordaining and licensing ministers of the Gospel of the Kingdom

We believe according to Scripture that churches are not to be led by democratic principles. Therefore, churches are not directed by congregational voting, but by a five-fold office church leader (1 Corinthians 12:28, Ephesians 4:11-12).

Our Mission

Our mission is to raise up strong churches by raising up strong leaders.

  • Leaders who stay in the trenches, live lives separate and holy unto the Lord.
  • Leaders who are theologically sound
  • Leaders who maintain personal integrity and character
  • Leaders who have a safe place for struggle to be empowered to change
  • Leaders who allow the moving of the Holy Spirit in their ministries

Provision

  • To provide an atmosphere for a movement of like-minded ministers to join together, serve each other, and receive apostolic covering, assistance, and insight
  • To provide a safe environment for men and women of God so they can have a place and person to run to for restoration and strength
  • To provide tools to strengthen and build God’s spokesmen and His Church

Lifegate Ministerial Network celebrates Jesus and each other. We have a family model and want those who join the movement to feel welcomed. We love networking and meeting new people to see the Kingdom expanded throughout the earth.
